We look forward to providing green grass during the dormant season.

Thanks,

City of Atlanta Golf

City of Atlanta Golf will be in the process of finalizing overseeding for all tee boxes at our courses. We look forward to providing green grass for our customers on each tee box during the dormant season. The process will be complete by the end of the week.

Thanks,

City of Atlanta Golf

The City of Atlanta Golf Courses will be moving to their winter rate structure for both the Fore Pass and everyday play on September 15th. This will mean for everyday play twilight will begin at 2pm and super twilight at 4pm, moving from 4pm and 6pm. The fore pass will allow walking for free at 4pm, instead of its current time of 6pm. We appreciate all City of Atlanta Golf customers and look forward to seeing you on any City of Atlanta Golf Course.

Thanks,

City of Atlanta Golf

Recently the full-scale bunker renovation at Chastain Golf Course was completed. All of the bunkers, a total of 21, were renovated with the entire project lasting seven weeks. The weather cooperated and the course remained open for play. If you are playing a round of golf at Chastain and end up in a bunker, you may end up wanting to bring your beach chair because the sand is so nice! As always, just be sure to take care of the bunkers by raking them when walking out. Come play a round of golf at the City of Atlanta courses and take a look at all the improvements!

Starting today Chastain Park Golf Course will officially change Hole #4 to Hole #1 seven days a week. Holes 4-9 will become Holes 1-6 and Holes 1-3 will become Holes 7-9. We have experimented this on the weekends for the past month and the pace of play has improved significantly. This was the original layout of the course when it was designed. The first 3 holes will no longer be all blind tee shots. This will also allow one ambassador to start players on both Holes 1 and 10. In addition, allow ambassadors to police the course and ensure players are keeping up with the group in front of them.

We also wanted to send an update on our bunker renovation at Chastain. If weather permits, the Bunker Project will be complete by the second week of May. The bunkers that are completed are draining properly and preventing any wash out. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this process.
